RETURNS

We hope you loved your items as much as we do but if they weren’t right for you we have an easy and convenient returns process.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

We hope you loved your purchases or Gift, however if you do need to make a return you have until the 13th of January 2026 – This applies to purchases made between the 19th of October 2025 to the 21st of December 2025  (Any purchases made on or after the 22nd of December will fall into our 28 days return period)

If you believe your item is incorrect or faulty, we are extremely sorry and would love to put this right!

Before creating your return, please contact us HERE as we wouldn’t want you to be charged for the return (please remember to include photos so this does not cause any delays with your label).

For International returns you will need to pay for your return. It’s simple, repack your items and print your address label from the portal. You will need your order reference & email address or postcode. You’ll receive an email when your order has been refunded and it can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.

(Standard returns policy is 28 days for online orders | Items must be in a resalable condition, unworn with the tags attached. Otherwise, your return may not be accepted.) 2. Pack up your returns safely and securely (this doesn’t have to be the original packaging).

  1. Use the portal link above to register your return.

  2. Select your preferred choice of carrier.

  3. You will be prompted to make payment for the shipping label upfront.

  4. Label your parcel and ship back to us following the carrier instructions.

  5. It can take up to 28 days for us to receive international returns to our distribution centre and process the refund to your original payment method, we'll send you an email once this has been done, so there is no need to contact us. If this timescale has passed please contact customer service with your order number, a list of the items returns and a image of proof of postage.

We only refund the cost of your items, plus any sales tax/VAT. We do not refund the delivery charge or any customs duties and import taxes. Further information can be found by clicking HERE
